THE LOCATION OF THE STORYTELLING STUDIO

Products can be shipped worldwide, and special orders can be completed with the help of e-mails and skype-calls.

My atelier is based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, but I am willing and happy to travel anywhere in the world.

All prices are in EUR including the applicable VAT.
The prices do not include Shipping & Handling.

HOW DO I GET THE TUTORIALS?

All the beadwork tutorials are digital products, and you can download them immediately after finishing and paying for your order into your computer.

You can download the tutorials up to three times for your own personal use, without time limit.

WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?

Delivery in person is possible in Amstredam, The Netherlands. It has the added value for a chance to meet and have a coffee together ?

In case you live in a different spot of the Earth you can choose between unregistered and registered mail. In case of an unregistered package it’s not possible to apply for compensation, if the package or its content is lost or damaged during delivery. It is cheeper, but there is a risk, too.

Registered mail costs more, but in case something happens to the package on the journey to you, it’s possible to apply for a compensation.

The package can also be sent via a courier service.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, I ship to every country in the world.

The tutorials are digital products which don’t need shipping, only an internet connection.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?

If you live in The Netherlands, regular mail (cards, letters and small packets) is usually delivered within 24 hours of posting (Monday through Friday). Mail posted on Saturday and Sunday is delivered on Tuesday.

If you live outside of The Netherlands, it can take cca. 1-3 weeks. For more accurate information please refer to post.nl (in English).

WHAT HAPPENS IF I CAN’T FOLLOW A BEADWORK TUTORIAL?

All the beadwork tutorials are delivered to you as digital products. You can download them immediately after payment. I intend to make them as easy to follow as possible. It is important that you study the diagrams and read the text thoroughly, and use the same size and type of beads and thread as in the tutorial.

However, it can of course happen that you encounter a problem. I will do my best to help you overcome the difficulties.

This is what we will do:

  • You can send me a message directly to my e-mail address (thestorytellingjeweller@gmail.com) or through the Contact page. Please tell me which design are you working on, and describe the problem as accurately as possible. It helps a lot if you refer to the step and the code of the bead as they are referred to in the tutorial.
  • I will send you a mail, and if necessary, new diagrams and photos with further instructions and ideas.
  • If the problem is not solved, I will make you video instructions.
  • If the video doesn’t help, we will have a 1-on-1 session through Skype.
  • In case that neither the mails, pictures, additional diagrams, the video nor the Skype-call help, you will get a full refund of the tutorial in question.

HOW CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT?

In case of standard products (beads, kits, finished jewelry etc.) you can return the products within 14 days in the original packaging, unused and unworn. I will give you a full refund after I received the item(s), excluding the shipping cost.

I value your trust and your privacy is very important to me. The personal data you share with me will be used only for the purposes specified, and will never be shared with third parties.
