The kit contains every bead and component you need to make the jewel, including a handmade, art-quality cabochon.
You’ll need to add a piece (about 10x 8 cm) of thin cardboard. I use postcards and muesli boxes for this. This will strengthen the motif.
The kit does not contain tools, thread, and needle.

An other great opportunity to try bead embroidery, you can make a special piece by following this step-by-step well written tutorial.
I made the pendant, but I have an other heart-shaped cab to become a brooch soon. Thank you!

Tutorial is really easy to follow, with pictures and also drawings. It is suitable also for everyone who wants to try bead embroidery, I’d suggest you are already familiar with peyote stitch.
I used this tutorial to create my own brooch from heart-shaped cabochon I also purchased here. It is very unique piece of jewelry. Thank you Erika!
